East West Brewing officially opened its first taproom in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, introducing the city to the concept of fresh, locally brewed craft beer. This year also marked the beginning of its distribution journey, making East West beers available across select outlets in HCMC.

2018
BUILDING COMMUNITY
Celebrating the taproom’s 1st anniversary, East West deepened its roots in the local scene by actively engaging with the growing craft beer community. Through events, collaborations, and education, the brand began shaping what would become a vibrant beer culture in Vietnam

2019
EXPANDING REACH
With momentum building, East West focused on expanding both its distribution network and taproom operations. The introduction of canned beers opened new opportunities in retail and convenience channels, allowing the brand to reach more customers beyond bars and restaurants.

2020
ADAPTING THROUGH STRATEGY
As the pandemic disrupted the on-premise market, East West quickly shifted its focus to off-trade channels. Strategic expansion into supermarkets, convenience stores, and home delivery allowed the brand to stay present in people’s daily lives and weather the storm with agility.

2021
BUILDING THROUGH THE UNCERTAINTY
Amid the ongoing challenges of COVID-19, East West took bold steps forward by establishing its new headquarters and launching a new product: Da Lat Cider. Despite the uncertainty, this year marked a quiet but meaningful evolution of both infrastructure and innovation.

2022
BACK ON TRACK
As life slowly returned to normal, East West marked its 5th anniversary with optimism and renewed energy. This was a year of stabilization and reconnection, rebuilding customer experiences while preparing for bigger milestones ahead.

2023
A NEW COASTAL HOME
East West took a bold step by opening its second taproom in Da Nang — a stunning beachfront venue that quickly became a local favorite. The brand also refreshed its entire product packaging by year-end, bringing a more modern and cohesive look to its core lineup, reflecting its evolving identity.

2024
FRESH LOOK, FULL ENERGY
With new packaging rolled out, East West amplified its presence by organizing a series of events across major cities, including Hanoi, Da Nang, and Ho Chi Minh City. From music festivals to F&B collaborations, 2024 was a vibrant year that showcased the brand’s dynamic and youthful spirit.

2025
NEW WAVES & NEW SPACES
This milestone year marked the opening of East West’s third taproom in Quy Nhon — a coastal destination that perfectly embodies the brand’s laid-back, community-first values. At the same time, East West began expanding into the Wink Hotel taproom chain, setting the stage for broader reach and stronger brand integration within premium lifestyle spaces.
